A DRESS CODE APPLIES TO THE NIGHTCLUBS: DRESS TO IMPRESS, WHICH MEANS NO TENNIS SHOES, SANDALS, SHORTS, RIPPED, FADED OR BAGGY JEANS BELOW WAIST, SPORTSWEAR, BASEBALL CAPS OR INAPPROPRIATE ATTIRE THAT THE CLUB HAS DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE.

MEN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN IF THEY ARE WEARING SPORTSWEAR, JERSEYS, TANKS, BAGGY JEANS OR SANDALS. GIRLS SHOULD AVOID SNEAKERS, SPORTSWEAR, AND BASEBALL CAPS, OR ANY INAPPROPRIATE ATTIRE NOT FOLLOWING DRESS CODE CAN CAUSE YOU TO BE DENIED ENTRY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW PROPER DRESS CODE, SHOW UP WITHOUT VALID IDENTIFICATION OR IF YOU ARE GIVEN A TIME TO ENTER THE CLUB AND IS NOT FOLLOWED AND SHOW UP LATE. IF DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL PROVES NECESSARY FOR US TO CANCEL YOUR EVENT, A FULL REFUND OR CREDIT WILL ISSUED AND AN ALTERNATIVE DATE OFFERED.

ENTOURAGE CLUB CRAWL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DO NOT USE PACKAGE PURCHASE. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR FAILURE TO ARRIVE AT THE AGREED MEETING POINT OR YOUR CHOSEN CLUB AT THE AGREED TIME.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED EVENT DATE. AFTER THAT DATE, PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ENTOURAGE CLUB CRAWL WILL ISSUE A CREDIT FOR A CANCELLATION THAT IS WITHIN THE 48 HOUR PERIOD. THIS CREDIT IS GOOD FOR 1 YEAR OF THE CANCELLATION DATE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO CHOOSE NOT TO RESCHEDULE THEIR PACKAGE. ACCOUNTABILITY ON ENTOURAGE CLUB CRAWL TOURS ALCOHOL IS OFTEN CONSUMED. ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY AND WELL BEING. ENTOURAGE CLUB CRAWL DOES NOT ENCOURAGE ANY CLIENTS TO ENGAGE IN DANGEROUS ACTIVITIES OR TO DRINK EXCESSIVELY. ENTOURAGE CLUB CRAWL DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF THE CLIENT DRINKS TOO MUCH OR ENGAGES IN DANGEROUS ACTIVITIES AND SUFFERS INJURY, ILLNESS,DEATH, LOSS OR DAMAGE AS A RESULT. ANY PERSON WHO IS INJURED EITHER PRIOR, DURING, OR AFTER UTILIZING THE SERVICES OF ENTOURAGE CLUB CRAWL SHALL NOT HOLD ENTOURAGE CLUB CRAWL OR ANY OF ITS MANAGERS OR EMPLOYEES RESPONSIBLE. ENTOURAGE CLUB CRAWL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM INJURY TO PERSONAL PROPERTY OR INJURY TO A PERSON.

ACCESSIBILITY ALL PACKAGES OFFERED ARE SUBJECT TO BLACK OUT DATES. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, PACKAGES RE NOT AVAILABLE ON NEW YEAR’S EVE, OTHER CERTAIN HOLIDAYS OR WHEN HIGH LINE TALENT IS PERFORMING. IN A RARE INSTANCE, IF A CLUB IS AT MAXIMUM CAPACITY AND FURTHER ADMISSIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS THEN A SUBSTITUTE CLUB WILL BE OFFERED. MANAGEMENT AT INDIVIDUAL CLUBS RESERVE ALL RIGHTS. ENTOURAGE CLUB CRAWL IS NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE IF A CLIENT IS DENIED ENTRY OR ASKED TO LEAVE THE CLUB BY MANAGEMENT DUE TO THEIR BEHAVIOR OR THEIR INTOXICATION LEVEL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THIS CASE.

CONTRACT ENTOURAGE CLUB CRAWL IS A FULLY LICENSED OPERATION. YOUR CONTRACT WITH US IS MADE UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DETAILED IN THIS DOCUMENT AND IS SUBJECT TO NEVADA LAW AND JURISDICTION. CLIENTS BOOKING BY TELEPHONE OR E-MAIL WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE READ THE BOOKING CONDITIONS AND HAVE ACCEPTED THEM. A BOOKING IS ACCEPTED AND BECOMES DEFINITE ONLY FROM THE DATE WHEN ENTOURAGE CLUB CRAWL HAS RECEIVED NOTICE VIA EMAIL OR PHONE OF THE BOOKING. IT IS AT THIS POINT THAT A CONTRACT BETWEEN ENTOURAGE CLUB CRAWL AND THE CLIENT COMES INTO EXISTENCE. NO TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT MAY BE AMENDED, WAIVED, OR MODIFIED WITHOUT A WRITTEN AGREEMENT EXECUTED BY BOTH PARTIES. IT IS AGREED BETWEEN ALL PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT THAT NO DISPUTES CAN EXCEED THE AMOUNT ORIGINALLY PAID TO ENTOURAGE CLUB CRAWL.
